Dodecahedron- obsessed

Well, I needed to do something different with the reading group I was ‘volun-told’ to work with and the newest worksheets had the kiddos answering and drawing on 12 sheets of paper that will be cut out and glued into a dodecahedron. It’s been a while since I played around with origami dodecahedrons and yes, the obsession started again.

And not only have there been wonderful resources via the YouTube, there’s so many more books than the last time I dabbled with this. Did my best at figuring out A4 paper reduced to cut out of a 8.5×11 and have another useable piece of paper. I cut 8”x6” paper for class – just white copy paper. While doing the first folds some of the kiddos were planning on what to draw on each face of the dodecahedron. 😍✏️🎨

I wanted to use the square origami paper and found these two:

There are several more videos on the ‘how tos’ I’d like to try.
